Algebraic Number Theory Linear Precoding for Full-Diversity OTFS in Selective Fading
A linear precoder for OTFS modulation, built from rotation matrices over algebraic number fields, that guarantees the maximum diversity order and coding gain over both time-selective and frequency-selective fading channels. It attains full diversity for any system dimension without any transmission-rate loss and without channel state information at the transmitter, motivated by a pairwise-error-probability analysis showing unprecoded OTFS falls short.
