Anomalous Skew Scattering of Plasmons in a Dirac Electron Fluid

A hydrodynamic theory of plasmon scattering in a two-dimensional Dirac electron fluid off a Berry-flux target with a magnetic-field-free anomalous Hall response, predicting giant skew (asymmetric) scattering and resonances from a chiral trapped plasma mode, realizable in irradiated graphene or magnetically doped topological-insulator surfaces.
