Bottom-Strange Molecular Pentaquarks from Coupled-Channel One-Boson-Exchange Analysis

Predicts bound states and resonances of bottom-strange molecular pentaquarks in the coupled Yb K-bar(*) and Yb K(*) systems (Yb = Lambda_b, Sigma_b) by solving a one-boson-exchange potential with the complex scaling method. A 1/2(1/2-) Sigma_b K-bar/Lambda_b K-bar*/Sigma_b K-bar* bound state is identified as a candidate for the observed Xi_b(6227), and a flavor-exotic 6303-6269 MeV state with no counterpart in conventional baryon spectroscopy is predicted as a discriminating signature for future experiments.
