Changing the Length of a Delay Moves Behaviour More than Changing Any Number in the Loop

The delay rung. Rests on lev-leverage-ladder-orders-intervention-points and hard on lop- (delay inside a loop produces overshoot and oscillation), which owns the phenomenon; this node owns only the intervention question - what happens if you change the delay's length. Stops at the lop- line and at the control-theory fence: no damping ratios, no stability criteria, no tuning mathematics. Feeds lev-judge-after-one-full-delay.
