Colocalization Analysis

Quantifying whether two labelled species occupy the same diffraction-limited volume using intensity correlation such as Pearson's coefficient or overlap fractions such as Manders' coefficients. It is valid only after bleed-through correction, chromatic registration, and Nyquist sampling, and it never proves molecular interaction because a voxel is far larger than a protein complex.
