Conflict Management Styles

This concept describes the recurring patterns people use to handle conflict, including competing, accommodating, avoiding, compromising, and collaborating, and the conditions under which each is appropriate. You will learn to identify your own default style and its blind spots, and to choose a style deliberately rather than out of habit. You will also learn how power differences and cultural norms shape which style feels acceptable to use.
