Consensus Roadmap for Sustainable Nuclear Physics Computing Infrastructure

The SANPC 24 workshop consensus on how the US Nuclear Physics community should sustain its software and computing infrastructure over the coming decade: the observations and opportunities identified across community organization, software stewardship, long-term data and software preservation, cross-cutting multidisciplinary and industry collaboration, and workforce training and retention, situated within the 2023 NSAC Long Range Plan and DOE/NSF funding programs.
