Crop Yield Response to Water Scarcity

An agronomic model relating relative yield loss to relative reduction in crop water use (evapotranspiration) through a crop-specific yield response factor Ky: a value above one signals high sensitivity to water deficits with proportionally larger yield loss, below one signals resilience. The factor varies across the growing season as crops differ in susceptibility at different stages.
