Damping-Free Momentum-Constraint Propagation for Stable Long-Term Numerical Relativity

Research contribution: two modified conformal-covariant Z4 schemes (CCZ4' and CCZ3) that propagate momentum-constraint violations without damping, curing the accumulated-momentum-constraint 'late-time instability' of BSSN black-hole evolution and enabling much stronger Hamiltonian-constraint damping, giving stable evolution of Schwarzschild and matter-field black-hole spacetimes over ~10^5 M.
