Densitometric Band Quantification
Band intensity is integrated over a fixed region of interest with a local background subtracted, then divided by the lane's normalization signal. Values are only meaningful within the verified linear range of the detection method, and only ratios within a single blot may be compared; raw intensities across blots are not comparable.
