Dialect Is Learned From a Speech Community, Not Inherited

The factual foundation the perception cluster stands on, and the counterweight to the whole anatomical framing of the path so far. How a person's vowels, consonants and rhythm come out is acquired from the people they grow up speaking with. This is a separate teaching object from what listeners do with those cues, which is why it is its own node.
