Distilled Lifelong Self-Adaptation for Configurable Software Systems

A search-based framework (DLiSA) that continually re-tunes a running configurable system's settings to keep performance high under shifting workloads by planning over the whole system lifetime and accumulating cross-workload knowledge, and by 'distilled knowledge seeding' - dynamically purifying past good configurations so only still-useful ones seed the search for a new workload, avoiding misleading carry-over.
