Django 6.1 Signed Cookies Use an Unambiguous Salt with a Legacy Fallback Setting
Django 6.1 derives the salt for signed cookies unambiguously. Set `SIGNED_COOKIE_LEGACY_SALT_FALLBACK = True` to keep accepting cookies signed before the upgrade; the setting defaults to False and is itself deprecated.
