Dual-Network Solvent-Free Triblock Copolymer Adhesives for Stretchable Fabrics

A solvent-free stretchable adhesive built from a self-assembling PMMA-b-PnBA-b-PMMA triblock copolymer whose rigid PMMA microdomains form a physical network in a soft PnBA matrix, reinforced by a second PnBA network photopolymerized in situ from butyl acrylate. Tuning the secondary network's crosslink density matches the adhesive's modulus to a fabric, creating a mechanically transparent seam with sewing-comparable strength on neoprene composites.
