Embedding an Inline Image in Django Email with MIMEPart and Content-ID

Since Django 6.0, `EmailMessage.attach()` accepts an `email.message.MIMEPart`. Give the image part `Content-Disposition: inline` and a Content-ID (e.g. from `email.utils.make_msgid()`), then reference it in the HTML as `<img src="cid:...">`.
