A complete gravitational-waveform-generation scheme, accurate through first post-adiabatic (1PA) order in gravitational self-force theory, for an extreme-mass-ratio inspiral whose small body carries generic spin and follows a generic eccentric, precessing orbit around a rotating (Kerr) black hole. The framework parametrizes the secondary's spin in a Fermi-Walker tetrad to cleanly separate precession and nutation, fixes convenient gauge choices and establishes the gauge invariance of the resulting waveform, and shows that -- using recent results of Grant and Witzany et al. -- all spin effects entering at 1PA order can be assembled without ever evaluating local self-forces or torques.
