Flow Rate Calibration

Flow (extrusion multiplier) is calibrated by printing single-wall or solid-top tests and adjusting until measured extrusion width matches the slicer's request; PETG often needs 92-98 percent flow because over-extruded PETG blobs onto the nozzle and scars top surfaces. Accurate flow is a prerequisite for every later tuning step.
