Frequency Modulation of Terahertz Emission from Laser Filament Arrays

A theoretical framework, based on a traveling-wave antenna model, that predicts how arranging laser-induced plasma filaments into a periodic array reshapes the terahertz radiation they emit. A periodic transverse array converts the broadband emission of a single filament into a set of discrete frequency lines whose positions and widths are governed by the number of filaments and their spacing, so that the emitted THz spectrum can be engineered through array geometry.
