Fully Constrained Sketch

A sketch is fully constrained when geometric and dimensional constraints have removed every degree of freedom, so the solver has exactly one solution and nothing can drift during edits. Under-constrained sketches flex unpredictably; over-constrained ones conflict, so robust practice targets exactly zero remaining freedoms.
