Gauge-Theoretic Origin of the Higgs Field in Electroweak Symmetry Breaking

A theoretical framework that derives the electroweak sector of the Standard Model from a single enlarged gauge symmetry built from local U(4) transformations on Weyl spinors together with Lorentz transformations, closed into a Lie algebra. The Higgs field is identified with the chirality-mixing gauge components of this connection - a gauge-natured field rather than a fundamental scalar - which yields natural explanations for its scalar appearance, its mass-ratio couplings to fermions, the symmetry-breaking potential from a constant right-handed background, and weak-interaction parity violation.
