Google Business Profile Suspension Triggers and Reinstatement Requests
Google suspends profiles it judges ineligible or in breach of its guidelines, for example a keyword-stuffed name, a virtual office or mailbox address, a service area business showing an address, or sudden edits to key details. A suspended owner submits a reinstatement request with proof such as signage, licences, and utility bills.
