Hybrid Service Plug Disconnection

The service plug (grip) physically splits the HV battery pack mid-string and opens an interlock, dropping pack voltage from the terminals; removal requires powering down, gloves, and a ~10-minute wait for inverter capacitors to discharge before HV work. Brake jobs don't require it, but it is the isolation step for any orange-cable work.
