Integral Anti-Windup

Prevents the integrator from accumulating error while the actuator is saturated, using conditional integration (freeze when saturated) or back-calculation (bleed the integrator toward the achievable output). Without it, the wound-up integral forces massive overshoot after every saturation episode.
