Isocausal Classification of Misner-Type Causality-Violating Spacetimes

A rigorous causal classification showing that three causality-violating spacetimes - Misner space, the pseudo-Schwarzschild spacetime, and a new pseudo-Reissner-Nordstrom spacetime - share a common warped-product structure and are pairwise isocausal on their universal covers and on causally regular regions of their compactifications, with a deck-equivariance criterion (degree |k|=1 giving global isocausality, |k|>1 or failed equivariance giving at most a one-way causal relation) governing descent to the compactified models.
