Knowledge Sharing for Semantic Rate Maximization in Multi-cell Hybrid Semantic-Bit Networks

A task-oriented mechanism where mobile devices proactively upload mismatched knowledge to their small base station so semantic transmission can proceed, with residual data sent as conventional bits; the joint design of knowledge sharing, semantic extraction ratio, and base-station association is cast as a mixed-integer nonlinear program and solved via decomposition, modified Kuhn-Munkres matching, hierarchical class partitioning, and monotonic (polyblock) optimization.
