Leptoquark Constraints from B+ to K+ FCNC Decays in NLO PQCD

An NLO twist-three PQCD calculation of the B+ -> K+ form factors, fit jointly with lattice QCD, predicts B(B+ -> K+ nu nu-bar) and B(B+ -> K+ l+ l-); confronting these with the Belle II excess, five leptoquark models are constrained and the single-leptoquark explanation is shown to be untenable once Bs -> mu+ mu- and Bs mixing bounds are applied.
