Linear Unmixing

Solving a linear system that models each measured spectrum as a nonnegative weighted sum of independently measured reference spectra, recovering true per-fluorophore abundances. It works because fluorescence emission shape is intensity-independent, and it fails when reference spectra are nearly collinear or the signal is noise-dominated.
