Longitudinal Spin Hall Magnetoresistance from Critical Spin Fluctuations

A predicted spin Hall magnetoresistance in a heavy-metal/ferromagnet bilayer that, unlike conventional SMR, keeps the magnetization collinear to the spin Hall accumulation and instead reads out the field-driven modulation of the ferromagnet's spin fluctuations through the interface spin conductance, becoming critically enhanced at the Curie temperature.
