This framework categorizes neoplasms into five primary types—Small Cell Carcinoma, Bronchial Carcinoid, Squamous Cell Carcinoma, Adenocarcinoma, and Large Cell Carcinoma—each defined by unique histopathological markers (e.g., Kulchitsky cells, keratin pearls) and associated syndromic manifestations (e.g., SIADH, Cushing syndrome).
