Combines observations of the two known galaxy-scale strongly lensed Type Ia supernovae, iPTF16geu and SN Zwicky, with simulated microlensing magnification maps to explain their anomalous image-flux ratios. Exploiting the standardizable-candle luminosity of SNe Ia, the analysis constrains the lens-galaxy projected mass slope (eta = 1.70 and 1.81) and finds no evidence for a population of dark compact objects, setting 95% upper limits on their mass fraction (f_dc < 0.25 and < 0.47 above 0.02 solar masses).
