A calibrationless, model-based MRI reconstruction that jointly estimates water, fat, R2*, and B0 field maps directly from undersampled multi-echo radial FLASH k-space under sparsity constraints, enabling motion-robust, distortion-free, high-resolution quantitative R2* mapping of the fetal brain.
