Modular Real-Time 3D Reconstruction Pipeline for Image-Guided Endoscopic Surgery

A staged pipeline that reconstructs deforming tissue in 3D from endoscopic video to keep an image-guided-surgery reference map current, combining learned monocular depth estimation with Iterative Closest Point alignment. A student learns how interchangeable frame-selection, depth, and reconstruction modules are assembled for real-time intraoperative tracking.
