MOND Fits Galaxy Rotation Curves but Fails the Bullet Cluster and CMB
Below \( a_0 \approx 1.2\times10^{-10} \) m/s^2 MOND gives \( v^4 = G M_b a_0 \), matching flat curves, but cannot shift the Bullet Cluster lensing mass off the gas nor reproduce the CMB third acoustic peak.
