Neutrinos in Multimessenger Astronomy
Neutrinos join light, cosmic rays and gravitational waves as a way of studying the universe. Because they come straight from where protons are accelerated, they reveal sources that are hidden or confused in the other signals, as IceCube showed with TXS 0506+056, NGC 1068 and the Milky Way.
