Trt, tBu, OtBu, Boc and Pbf are all TFA-labile and come off together, while ivDde, Alloc, Mtt and Dde are removed selectively by hydrazine, Pd(0)/scavenger, or dilute TFA so a single side chain can be modified on resin. Genuine orthogonality requires the removal chemistries to be mechanistically independent, not merely different in rate.
