PETG First-Layer Height and Squish Control

Unlike PLA, PETG should not be squished hard into the bed: the Z offset is backed off so the first layer is laid down rather than smeared, preventing the nozzle from plowing through tacky material and picking up blobs. A correct PETG first layer looks slightly rounded, not ironed flat.
