PETG Post-Processing and Annealing
PETG post-processing is mostly mechanical (sanding, priming) since it resists common solvents; annealing just above Tg relieves residual stress and modestly raises heat tolerance, but because PETG stays amorphous the gains are smaller than with PLA and parts must be supported (e.g. buried in salt or plaster) to prevent slumping and dimensional creep.
