Prius Friction Brakes Take Over Below About 10 km/h and During ABS

Regen fades out at walking speed (owner data on earlier Prius generations show a taper from about 11 km/h to 3 km/h), and the ECU blends in friction pressure; in an ABS or panic stop, or with a full battery, friction does more of the work.
