Quantum Genetic Algorithm for MaxCut via Grover Search and Divide-and-Conquer

Research contribution: a Quantum Genetic Algorithm that solves MaxCut by embedding a Grover-based evolutionary search within a divide-and-conquer scheme (partition the graph, optimize subgraphs independently, merge by graph contraction), exploiting MaxCut's Z2 symmetry to match or beat the Goemans-Williamson SDP baseline on tested graph families.
