Quantum Geometry in Condensed Matter

A pedagogical synthesis of quantum geometry — the geometric structure of Bloch states across the Brillouin zone, encoded in the quantum geometric tensor whose real part is the Fubini-Study metric and whose imaginary part is the Berry curvature. It shows how this single object governs a wide range of phenomena in quantum materials: optical responses, Landau levels, fractional Chern insulators, superfluid weight in flat bands, spin stiffness, exciton condensates, and electron-phonon coupling, unifying them under one geometric lens.
