Running MCP over the Streamable HTTP Transport
Serve MCP over Streamable HTTP: the client sends every message as its own POST to a single MCP endpoint, and the server answers each request with either one JSON response or a server-sent-events stream scoped to that request. Explain how the transport serves many clients without protocol-level sessions, since each request carries its own protocol version and capabilities and mirrors routing fields into headers that load balancers can read.
