Search Plurality
A search-interface design that replaces the single hierarchical ranked list with a plural, non-hierarchical display of relevant categories (perspectives, meanings, opinions), using three elements: category displays whose items expand on zoom, explicit relevance labels, and a layout where blurb size encodes relevance degree while position implies no superiority. It aims to counter ranking-induced attention bias, convey the breadth of a query, and support exploratory/learning-oriented search rather than lookup intent.
