Sending Django Email from a Background @task with JSON Arguments
Define a `@task` that looks up the data and calls `send_mail(..., using=...)`; enqueue it with JSON-serializable arguments (ids, address strings), not an `EmailMessage`, ideally inside `transaction.on_commit` so it runs only after the triggering save commits.
