Sputtering-Current Tuning of Superconducting Transition Temperature in Ti-V Alloy Thin Films

How the DC magnetron sputtering current during room-temperature growth of Ti40V60 alloy thin films controls their crystallite size, 110 texturing, and residual stress (tensile to compressive), and how those structural changes correlate with and raise the superconducting transition temperature from 2.6 K to 5.3 K.
