An exactly solvable model of strongly correlated electrons whose infinite-ranged, center-of-mass-conserving interaction decouples the Hamiltonian into independent four-state momentum sectors, producing an exact Mott insulator at half filling and a Luttinger-theorem-violating non-Fermi-liquid metal in any dimension without disorder or a large-N limit, and serving as a controlled playground for Mottness, unconventional superconductivity and non-Fermi-liquid physics.
