An exact, edge-wise spatial decomposition of the non-equilibrium linear response of any Markov jump process into covariances of local dynamical discrepancies Theta_ij = N_ij - R_ij*T_j, giving a single response equality that unifies the fluctuation-dissipation theorem, the fluctuation-response inequalities, and thermodynamic uncertainty relations, and that lets full multi-parameter response gradients be computed from one unperturbed trajectory simulation.
