Upgrading Django EMAIL_BACKEND and get_connection() to MAILERS
When `MAILERS` is not defined, Django 6.1 builds the default mailer from the legacy `EMAIL_BACKEND` and `EMAIL_*` settings. `get_connection()` is deprecated; replace it with `mailers[...]` and a `with` block.
